2013 SUMMER COMPETITIVE & HAMMOND DEVELOPMENT
Summer Competitive (Water Polo, Synchro & Swimming)
Mon April 29 - First day of Summer Season
*practice times TBA, will include afterschool Mon-Fri & some mornings
Mon Aug 5 - Last day of summer season (end of Regionals, Aug 5). This is the end of season for all athletes that are not moving on to Provincials. Those that qualify for Provincials continue with practices Aug 6 through to their event at Provincials.

July 2-26 (approx), Mon-Fri, 1 hr, 9-10am *exact pool time can be subject to change
*** PLEASE NOTE our SUMMER SWIM programs are FULL. Any registrations for summer swimming and Hammond (once we reach capacity) will be wait listed in the order they are received and will be accommodated as space allows based on age/ability. Summer 2013 Fees
**$75 discount per family for families with 3 of more children (competive program)
**fundraising cheque for $150 (dated Aug 5th) (not req'd for Hammond or Masters)
** plus a fee cheque (dated April 15) for the amount total

Please complete these 4 steps to sucessfully register:
1) Attend the in person registrations
2) complete BCSSA (1 per athlete) & HNAC registration form (1 per family)
3) fee cheque
4) fundraising cheque for $150 **not required for Hammond or Masters
***Please note: incomplete registrations cannot be processed
Prospective swimmers, synchro swimmers, and water polo players must be able to swim 25 metres unaided in a recognizable stroke. The final assessment decision is made at the discretion of the coach.

- HNAC Registration form - 1 per family (signed by parent or guardian)
- BCSSA Registration form – 1 per child (signed by parent or guardian) **note if you are a returning Winter 2013 member, you do not need to fill out a new form as a pre-filled form will be made avaialble and you only need to sign

Cancellation Policy
The Haney Neptunes will be pleased to provide a full refund during the first two weeks of any program, less Administrative and Provincial Registration fees. Those swimmers required to withdraw from the program due to exceptional circumstances such as medical or family reasons may apply in writing for a pro-rated refund, less administrative and registration fees. All applications for withdrawal and refund must be made in writing to the club registrar.
Late Registration Policy
Families that register after the posted date will be subject to a $20 late registration processing fee per swimmer.
* Fees are subject to change periodically, but all attempts are made to ensure the fees listed are current.
Fundraising
The fundraising subsidy can be worked off through your fundraising efforts. The cheque is cashed only if your commitment is not met. If you only raise a portion of the amount, we still cash the cheque but pay you back the amount you raised. We have numerous fundraising initiatives that run through the season like Purdy's chocolate sales & credit for bottle returns to the bottle depot.
